
Panasonic has released two new 12.1-inch notebooks in the form of the SX and NX Series. Both models are equipped with an Intel Core i5 2450M CPU, a display with a 1280×800 pixel resolution, USB 3.0, WiFi abgn, WiMAX, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, an HDMI out and an optional 720p web camera. There is also an optical drive for the SX version. No word on pricing at this time. [Akihabara]

Dospara hits back with a new 17.3-inch notebook, the Prime Note Galleria QF780. This BTO (Build To Order) system sports a 17.3-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD display, a 2.50GHz Intel Core i7-2860QM processor, an Intel HM67 Express Chipset, a GeForce GTX 580M graphics card, a 16GB DDR3 RAM, a 750GB hard drive, a 3MP webcam, a BD drive, a multi-card reader, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 + HS, an HDMI port and runs on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS (Standard Configuration). Panasonic is preparing to drop another 15.6-inch notebook in Japan called the Let’s Note B10. The system will feature a 15.6-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD display, a 2.20GHz Intel Core i7-2675QM vPro processor, an Intel QM67 Express Chipset, a 4GB DDR3 RAM, a 640GB hard drive, a DVD Super Multi Drive and run on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (SP1) OS. Amazon German has started offering the new ASUS Eee PC R051BX. Available only in black, the 10.1-inch netbook features a 1.0Ghz AMD C-50 dual-core APU that is combined with an AMD Radeon HD 6250 graphics, a 10.1-inch (1024 x 600) LED-backlit display, a 1GB of RAM and a 320GB hard disk drive. Powered by a 2.80GHz Intel Core i7-2640M processor, this slim and compact notebook is packed with a 13.3-inch 1366 x 768 LCD display, an Intel QM67 Express Chipset, an 8GB DDR3 RAM, a 256GB SSD, a 1.3MP webcam, a BD drive, WiFi, WiMAX, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, an HDMI port and runs on Windows 7 Professional 64-bit OS. Samsung has rolled out the new Series 7 Gaming laptop. Available in 2D and 3D versions, the laptop features a Glass Flake coating to protect from scratches, a backlit keyboard, a 17.3-inch full HD LED display, an Intel Quad-core i7 processor, a 1TB of hard disk drive, four different types of performance modes and an 8GB of RAM.
