Sally told Susan told Johnny told Sally again that a 15.4-inch Macbook will be released in May 2007. We are actually a little disappointed at the news and would much prefer a smaller version of the notebook. And what the hell is Sally doing talking to Johnny again?

As much as I would agree with the kind folks at Gizmodo I don’t really mind variety. Besides my 12″ iBook is breaking my back (from slouching too much so I can look at my f***ing screen). Well I guess Steve Jobs is facing some real time dilemma here, it’s never easy to please us demanding users! ;)

If you are shopping in this range, you should put the S1 on your list. LG has made an almost perfect notebook in the S1. It is well constructed, offers terrific performance and looks extremely stylish. We don’t have to wait until the next revision to see the cons listed below worked out: a bigger HDD and a battery are easy to add. And please LG drop the VGA port for a DVI

LG unveiled two new laptops that pack a punch with its connectivity features such as WiBro, HSDPA and DMB support. The LG Xnote A1 (laptop) and Xnote C1 (tablet PC) are portable. Featuring a 1.2GHz Intel Core Duo processor, the graphics quality is handled by a GeForce 7300 Go with 64MB dedicated video memory, and offers WXGA resolution on the tiny 10.6 inch display. The Xnote A1 weighs just 1kg, while the C1 tablet PC weighs only 1.25kg. Lovely! I will find these laptops when they reach the US shore. However, there is no word on pricing or availability in the USA yet.
