Kojinsha L/V UMPC

Kojinsha of Korea presents there UMPC L/V series lineup for 2008. The L series features resolution(1024×600) with an improved keyboard. While the V series has the same features as the previous K-series but now with GPS and built-in 7mm ODD. This series should will be available starting mid-January.

Fujitsu will release on January 6th, will release their new Penryn laptop with blu-ray called the Amilo Xi 2550. Featuring a 45nm 2.5 GHz T9300 Core 2 Duo, as well as Radeon HD2700 graphics, 2GB of RAM, 2 RAID 0 / 1 250GB drives, 1GB of flash turbo memory, and a dual-layer burner / Blu-ray player. $2415

LG eXPRESs S900 Laptop

LG eXPRESs S900 Laptop

LG has just created a laptop that also combines desktop parts within. The eXPRESs S900 as it’s called, features a 3.5-inch hard drive, in either a capacity of 250GB and 320GB, Intel Core 2 Duo processor, Windows Vista, 2GB DDR2 (667MHz) RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT graphics, DVD Super Multi Drive, 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0+EDR, DVB-T, 1.3 megapixel camera, and a multi-card reader. There’s no set release date yet, but the retail price will be between $1300 and $1750.

Raon Digital UMPC Launches in Korea

Raon Digital UMPC

Raon Digital of Korea just released a new UMPC called the EVERUN Wibro. It has built-in Wibro module and enables users to get subsidy from KT and has a AMD LX900 processor and 60GB HDD. Korea is selling it for $849.

Atari 600XL Laptop

Atari 600XL Laptop

Resembling Ben Heck’s Atari 800 XE Laptop is made of three Atari computers (a 600XL and two 800XLs), a matching 1050 disk drive, a 1027 dot matrix printer, a 1010 cassette player, and a dead PC keyboard among other items from the scrap heap.
