The Gigabyte M700 UMPC comes equipped with a 7inch touchscreen display (1024×600). The gadget is powered by 1.2Ghz C7-M Via processor, 2GB RAM, 40GB to 60GB of hard drive, and Windows Vista Home Premium operating system. There is no word on pricing yet. [JKonTheRun]

I like Asus products. One of them is the new ASUS C90P notebook PC. The desktop replacement comes equipped with Intel Core 2 Duo processor, HDMI support, HD DVD/Blu-ray drive, MXM graphics module, WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity. The C90P is being displayed during CeBIT 2008. Sadly, there is no word yet on pricing and availability. [Aving]

Panasonic has decided to release the Toughbook, which is the company’s first UMPC with Intel Atom processor. The gadget is a water and dust resistant and comes with a 5.6 inch touchscreen display. No word on pricing so far. [Akihabara]

Here is a short video from JKK Mobile that shows the Asus Eee PC 900 with the larger size and increased resolution (1024 x 600) on the 8.9-inch screen. It also comes with 1GB RAM, 1.3MP camera and 8GB SSD (up to 12GB). The new version of Eee PC will be available in mid April for $607 with Linux or Windows XP operating system. [JKK Mobile] More »
