Acer 15.4-inch Entry Level Notebook PC in Japan

Acer will launch its eMachines-branded entry level notebook PC in Japan. Known as the Acer E520, the laptop will be released on October 31th, 2008. The laptop comes equipped with a 15.4-inch wide LCD screen (1,280 x 800 resolution) with a 2Ghz Intel Celeron 575 CPU, 1GB of RAM and 160GB hard disk drive. Priced at 59,800 Yen Japan, the laptop is powered by Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium OS and adopts DVD Super-Multi drive and Intel GL40 Express chipset. Its battery offers 3 hours of juice.
