According to rumors, Asus is planning on releasing another Eee PC model known as the Eee PC Shell. This ultra-thin netbook will feature a 10.1-inch LCD panel, a longer battery life and higher specs compared to Eee PC S101. TG Sambo has released its new 13.1-inch wide notebook PC in South Korea in order to commemorate the fifth anniversary of Averatec brand. Dubbed as the Averatec Star, the laptop weights 1.7Kg and measures 1cm thick. It comes in aluminum finish with silver color and is powered by an Intel Centrino 2 processor with 3GB RAM and 320GB HDD. Priced at 756,000 Yen, the ThinkPad W700ds has a 17-inch primary and a 10.2-inch secondary LED screen.
