Asus Eee PC T91MT Multitouch Netbook Available For Pre-order

Asus is ready to release an updated version of the Eee PC T91 touchscreen convertible netbook. The new version is powered by a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor with a 1GB RAM (up to 2GB), Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, a 16GB or 32GB SSD, and an 8.9-inch touchscreen display that can be folded down over the keyboard for use in tablet mode. Its touchscreen display also supports multitouch gestures. If you want one, you can pre-order the Eee PC T91MT from Amazon for $549. HP Compaq Mini 311 Netbook Coming To Russia In November

HP have officially announced that the HP Compaq Mini 311 netbook will be coming to Russia in November 2009. The company will sell the netbook for a retail price of $580. So here’s what you get, an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 LCD display, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, a NVIDIA Ion chipset, a 1GB RAM, a 160GB HDD, a web camera, a 3-in-1 card reader, WiFi, Bluetooth, an HDMI output and Windows 7 OS. Walmart today introduced the Mirius JWHX 10.2-inch netbook that comes equipped with a 1024 x 600 pixel LCD display, a 1GB of RAM, and a 120GB hard drive. Measuring 10.2-inch x 7.4-inch x 1.1-inch, the netbook also features a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, a 3-cell battery, and Microsoft Windows XP. Additional features include three USB ports, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, a VGA output, and an SD card slot. The Mirius JWHX netbook is priced at $248 each. [NetbookFreaks]

MSI comes back with its new 16-inch notebook which is based on AMD Tigris platform. Known as the MSI CR610, the system boasts a 16-inch 1366 x 768 HD display, an AMD Athlon II Dual-Core processor, an ATI RS880M chipset, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD4200 graphics card, a 4GB RAM, up to 500GB hard drive, a 1.3MP webcam, a DVD Super-Multi drive, a 4-in-1 card reader, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 6-cell battery and Windows 7 OS. Here is a video that shows Samsung’s 7-inch AMOLED display that will go into production in early 2010. This digital display will be used for netbooks, e-Book readers, VoIP phones, etc. The display provides a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, a 100,000:1 contrast ratio, and 300cd/m2 brightness.
