HP Mini 210-2000 10.1-Inch Intel-Based Netbook

HP is preparing to unleash a new Intel-based netbook in Japan. Called the Mini 210-2000, this mini-laptop is powered by either a 1.83GHz Intel Atom N475 single-core or 1.5GHz Intel Atom N550 dual-core processor and equipped with a 10.1-inch 1366 x 768 LED-backlit display, an Intel GMA 3150 graphics card, up to 2GB DDR3 RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a webcam, a 5-in-1 card reader, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 6-cell battery and Windows 7 Starter 32-bit OS. The HP Mini 210-2000 will hit Japan next month for a starting price of 50,000 Yen (about $599). [HP]

Toshiba Satellite A665-3D Notebook

Toshiba will release the new A665-3D Satellite notebook with a new nVidia 3D Vision technology, allowing the A665 to offer 2D content in 3D, including games, movies, and pictures. The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i5-460M or i7-740QM processor, up to 6GB DDR3 RAM, a 640GB hard drive, a Blu-ray drive, an nVidia GeForce GTS 350M with a 1GB DDR3 graphics memory, a backlit keyboard, a 15.6-inch display and an nVidia 3D Vision kit. Additional specs include an HDMI 1.4 port, a built-in webcam, a 5-in-1 memory card reader, Harman/Kardon stereo speakers with Dolby Advanced Audio and a 6-cell battery. The Toshiba A665-3D will be available starting in October 2010 at Best Buy, select retailers, and direct from Toshiba with prices starting at $1,299. Weighing only 3.0 pounds, the new Toughbook S9 from Panasonic is claimed as the world’s lightest 12.1-inch notebook on the market today. The machine boasts a 12.1-inch 1280 x 800 LED-backlit display, a 2.4GHz Intel Core i5-520M vPro processor, a 2GB DDR3 RAM, a 320GB hard drive, an integrated DVD drive, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, an HDMI port and runs on Windows 7 OS. Gigabyte has introduced another one of its upcoming convertible tablet notebook namely the T1125. The system sports an 11.6-inch 1366 x 760 LED-backlit multi-touch display, an Intel Core ULV processor, a NVIDIA GeForce 310M graphics card, an 8GB RAM, a 500GB hard drive, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, a card reader, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G (optional), Gigabit Ethernet, two USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI port, a 6-cell battery and runs on Windows 7 OS. Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 11 Laptop

Lenovo today announced the new ThinkPad Edge 11-inch laptop, which is known as the smallest and lightest member of the ThinkPad Edge family. Designed for small-to-medium businesses, the laptop features a 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 display, an Intel Core i3/i5 or AMD Nile single/ dual core processors, a low light sensitive webcam, a spill-proof keyboard, an HDMI port, 3x USB ports and a card reader.
