Acer, ASUS And Lenovo Will Release Next Generation Ultra-thin Notebooks In Q1 2011

Word has it that Acer, Acer, Asustek Computer and Lenovo are ready to launch 13.3- to 14-inch notebooks that feature ultra-thin designs by the end of the Q1 2011. These ultra-thin laptops will use Intel’s Sandy Bridge platform. Acer’s new ultra-thin notebook is also expected to replace its TimelineX series product line, but the company has not yet decided a name for the new series. Stay tuned for more updates. [Digitimes]
