Acer To Sell Chromebook C720 (NX.EESSJ.001) To General Consumer

Acer has decided to sell their latest Chromebook ‘C720 (NX.EESSJ.001)’ to general consumer. First released back in July for educational and business markets, this compact notebook comes with an 11.6-inch 1366 x 768 HD LED-backlight display, a 1.40GHz Intel Celeron 2955U processor, an Intel HD Graphics, a 4GB DDR3 RAM and a 16GB SSD. Powered by a built-in 3950mAh battery, the C720 (NX.EESSJ.001) is equipped with a built-in webcam, an SD card slot, a USB 3.0 port and an HDMI port. In terms of connectivity, it provides WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n. Running on Google Chrome operating system, the C720 (NX.EESSJ.001) will start shipping from November 13th for unannounced price yet. [Acer]
