Spanish manufacturer Airis has recently released another cheap 10-inch netbook for the Spanish market called the Kira 700. What makes it more interesting is that you can pick up the netbook without an operating system installed for a base price of 299 Euros (about $438). As for the rest of the specs, you’ll get a 10.2-inch 1024 x 600 TFT display, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, an Intel GMA 950 graphics card, a 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive, a 1.3MP webcam, a 4-in-1 card reader, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3 USB ports, a 4.5 hour battery and an optional Windows XP OS.
