As a reminder, this Android-based netbook is equipped with a 7-inch 800 x 480 touchscreen, an ARM 11 533MHz 32bit CPU, a 128MB of RAM, a 1GB of storage, a touch pad, an SD card slot, a couple of USB ports, WiFi, Ethernet and 3G connectivity. The Alpha 680 is expected to be launched in Q3 for around $250.
