Here’s a look at BenQ’s upcoming UMPC called the mid. It has an Intel Atom processor (the base 800MHz model), 512MB of RAM, a 4GB SSD hard drive, HSPDA support along with wifi and bluetooth. The UMPC will also feature a “G-Senser” for “direct touch and free movement to surf on internet,” voice activation, and optional GPS. No word on the price or availability of the mid at this time.
