I bought a Cherry Pal netbook from them on the week of March 29, 2010, and when I received it, I was not satisfied with the product so I returned it back for a full refund immediately. I received an e-mail from them, telling me that I was going to get a full refund and I never received anything. I have contacted them through e-mails several times, and they continued to give me the run around and now they won’t even respond to my e-mails. So beware, their products are substandard and if you return them, they like to rip people off and not reimburse you. 07/09/2010
Gio, just out of curiosity was there something specific wrong with the unit you received or were you just generally not satisfied?
Did the device meet its advertised specifications and how did delivery and billing go?
I’m thinking of buying An Asia myself.
You can notify the Better Business Bureau. They will evaluate your case and possibly communicate with Cherrypal for you.
@ DM, the product is not at all what they advertise and it was so slow and frustrating, it was not worth it. I was more shocked by their lack of professionalism and this was the owner Max, who I was dealing with. I returned it quickly, they promised a reimbursement and they never sent it. I file a complaint with the BBB and they were unsuccessful at having Max even answer their phone calls, and I lost $132.
