I bought a Fujitsu lifebook, model no. S6520 on Oct,2009 in Hong Kong. The operation program is Window Vista Business. The Shop told me that I will get free upgrade program from Fujitsu which is window 7 around Nov ,2009. I ask Fujitsu , I think their Singapore office by e mail in order to get Window 7. They asked me to get receipt. I told them I lost my receipt because I’m traveling a lot but, I had been registered the laptop for warrenty the time I bought it. I think it is good enought since I don’t think I could steal the laptop from the store and I could go to register. Fujitsu never replies me. I’m very very disappointed their service. I swear I will not buy Futsuji product any more. I don’t believe Fujitsu is big corporation how they can do it to the people. Every body, This is my experience. Thanks for reweiving.
