Good news for Jamaican, because cellphone carrier Claro Jamaica is starting to offer customers a free Dell Inspiron Mini 10 when they sign up for 3GB/month play for about $34 per month (plus a $67 fee up front). The netbook supports Claro’s 3G wireless broadband network. In addition, Digicel will also offer netbooks after Digicel rolls out its new 4G WiMAX network in mid-2010. [Gleaner]
