If you are shopping in this range, you should put the S1 on your list. LG has made an almost perfect notebook in the S1. LG unveiled two new laptops that pack a punch with its connectivity features such as WiBro, HSDPA and DMB support. The LG Xnote A1 (laptop) and Xnote C1 (tablet PC) are portable. Featuring a 1.2GHz Intel Core Duo processor, the graphics quality is handled by a GeForce 7300 Go with 64MB dedicated video memory, and offers WXGA resolution on the tiny 10.6 inch display. The Xnote A1 weighs just 1kg, while the C1 tablet PC weighs only 1.25kg. Lovely! I will find these laptops when they reach the US shore. However, there is no word on pricing or availability in the USA yet.
