Packard Bell Dot SE Netbook

Packard Bell’s latest Dot SE netbook features a 10-inch display screen with a native resolution is of 1,024 x 600 pixels and a 1.5GHz Intel Atom N550 dual core CPU. The netbook also boasts a 1GB of DDR2 memory, a 250GB hard drive, an Intel GMA (Graphics Media Accelerator) 3150 integrated graphics, Office 2010 Starter and Microsoft Windows 7 Starter Edition as the operating system. The Augen Genbook74 7-inch netbook is now available in the States via Kmart. Priced at just $99, the Android 1.6-powered netbook features a 400MHz VIA8505 processor with a 128MB RAM, a 2GB Flash memory and a memory card slot (up to 32GB). Additional specs include 802.11b/g Wi-Fi and the ability to download applications from Adroid Market and App Store. Augen has recently showed off their newest Android-based netbook called the GenBook108. Powered by an 800MHz processor, this mini laptop boasts a 10.2-inch 1024 x 600 TFT display, a 256MB RAM, a 2GB of flash storage, an SD/MMC card slot, WiFi, a lithium battery and runs on Android 2.1 OS. Samsung N230 Slim Netbook Shipped

Samsung today confirmed the availability of the Samsung N230 Slim that measures 264mm x 188.9mm x 23.2mm and weights at 1Kg. The netbook boasts a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 CPU with an Intel GMA 3150 chipset, a 1GB DDR2 RAM, a 2.5-inch 250GB SATA 5400RPM HDD and a 10.1-inch (1024 x 600) LED backlit matte display. Other design features of the Samsung N230 Slim include a brushed metal effect for its bezel which should also limit fingerprints as well as a nice chicklet keyboard and a large touchpad. The Samsung N230 Slim also supports Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 10/100 Ethernet, Bluetooth 3.0 HS, a trio of USB 2.0 ports, a webcam and a 4-in-1 memory card reader (SD, SDHC, MMC SDXC).
