Sharp and Willcom have recently released the Willcom D4 or WSO16H UMPC. Weighing at only 470grams and measuring 84mm x 188mm x25.9mm, the gadget features with 1Gb of RAM, 40GB of HDD, a Centrino Atom Z520 (1.33GHz), a 5 inch Touch screen (1024×600) LCD with LED Backlight, Wifi B/G and Bluetooth 2.0 EDR. Sharp will be releasing the new PC-FW50X Mebius which is going for about ¥150,000 or $1,467 featuring a 15.4-inch WXGA (1,280 x 800) panel, 2GHz Mobile Sempron 3600+ processor, 2GB of RAM, a 120GB hard drive, dual-layer DVD burner, PCMCIA slot, four USB 2.0 ports and a 4-pin FireWire connector, wifi, Ethernet, a multicard reader, VGA output and a rechargeable Li-ion.
