
The OCOSMOS OCS1 is a Windows 7-powered UMPC that is powered by Intel’s Oak Trail platform and a single-core 1.5GHz or 1.9GHz processor. The gadget also has a a 400MHz graphics processor with 720p decoding capability and a 5-inch LCD display. Connectivity includes USB 2.0, HDMI, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) 3G and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR. The device comes with a battery life of between 5 and 10 hours, depending on the running application. There are two battery options such as an extended life 24 Watt hour battery or a smaller 10-15 Watt hour battery. The OCOSMOS OCS1 UMPC is expected to launch by March 2011. The Viliv N5 is a 4.8-inch mini-netbook that boasts all the specifications found in a regular 10-inch netbook. The Windows 7-powered Viliv N5 features a 1.3GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor with a 1GB of RAM, a 32GB solid state disk, a QWERTY keyboard and a 1024 x 600 pixel touchscreen display. The only model in stock at the moment is the Viliv N5 with a 3G modem, which runs about $799 each. The company will release the WiFi-only version on July 19th, 2010 for $649 a pop. [Dynamism]

The limited edition pink UMID M1 is now available at Dynamism for $449, which is $50 less than the black low-end UMID M1. Viliv has finally announced the final specification lists and prices for its S7 UMPC. The gadget is available in three models including the entry-level I-LOG HX, the mid-range I-LOG 3X, and the flagship D-LOG 3X. The I-LOG HX comes equipped with a 60GB hard drive. Meanwhile, the I-LOG 3X uses a 32GB SSD and the D-LOG 3X boasts an internal DMB TV tuner. Each of the S7 models will use a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 CPU, a 1GB of RAM, a 9.5 hours of battery life, Microsoft Windows XP OS, and an optional WiBro (South Korea’s WiMAX).
