Lenovo Ideapad S12 Released In Japan

Lenovo today announced the availability of the nVidia ION-powered 12.1-inch Lenovo S12 netbook in the Japanese market. Available only in white, the netbook will be released in Japan on October 22nd, 2009 for 68,800 Yen ($757). As a reminder, the Lenovo S12 features an Intel Atom N270 processor, nVidia GeForce 9400M graphics, a 1280 x 800 LCD display, a 2GB RAM, a 250GB HDD, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 1.3MP webcam, and Windows 7 Home Premium OS. Other features include a 4-in-1 card reader, three USB ports, and a HDMI port. Its 6-cell battery will provide enough juice for up to 6-hours.
