MSI today announced the price tag of its new Wind ultra portable laptop. This Eee PC competitor is priced at $399. FYI, the UMPC runs on Novell SUSE Linux operating system and features 512MB RAM, a 80GB hard drive. Meanwhile, the 1GB RAM and Windows XP version retails for $549.
