Samsung Introduces First Netbook With LTE 4G

Samsung will launch the first netbook with built-in 4G using Long Term Evolution (LTE). This technology allows the 10-inch Samsung netbok to delivers download speeds of up to 100Mbps thanks to the Samsung Kalmia 4G chipset. The netbook is powered by a 1.66GHz Pine Trail-era Atom, a 1GB of RAM, up to a 250GB drive and 8.5-hour battery (albeit with 4G off). Some of the earliest netbooks with LTE 4G should be available in the US, where Verizon will launch it later this year. [Electronista]
