
Here is good news for those who are living in the States. Acer has launched the Acer Aspire 5738DG 3D notebook in the US market. The laptop boasts the special TriDef 3D solution, which includes a 3D screen, software and glasses to enable vibrant 3D visuals. Powered by the Windows 7 Home Premium operating system, the Acer Aspire 5738DG is also capable of translating the 2D experience into a vivid 3D one. The notebook comes equipped with a 15.6-inch Acer CineCrystal HD display, an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 graphics card, Dolby Home Theater Audio Enhancement with built-in stereo speakers and a 5.1-channel surround sound output. The Acer Aspire 1410 is now available in the US market via Cost Central. This 11.6-inch ultraportable laptop was formerly known as the Aspire Timeline 1810T. Cost Central provides the sapphire blue Aspire 1410-8414 model that features a 1.4GHz Intel Core 2 Solo SU3500 ultra-low voltage processor, an Intel GMA 4500MHD integrated graphics, a 1366×768 LED-backlight display, a 2GB of DDR2 RAM (upgradeable to 4GB), a 250GB hard drive, and a 6-cell battery providing “up to 6 hours” of operation time. Sadly, the 1410 doesn’t have a built-in optical drive, so you should buy an external DVD player in order to play DVD movies on this laptop. The Acer Aspire 7720G is a $3,000 laptop with a 17-inch screen, ATI Mobility Radeon HD2300 graphics card, and running a 2.2GHz Santa Rosa chip. The Aspire 2920 is a 12.1-inch model, featuring Core 2 Duo CPUs, and Intel GMA X310 graphics. The last one is the Ferrari 1100, featuring another 12.1-inch screen, a 2.3GHz Turion 64 X2 TL-66 processor, LED backlighting, and the usual Ferrari styling.
