
BenQ has introduced two CULV notebooks which is known as the Joybook S35 and Joybook S43. The former comes with a 13.3-inch LCD display with an Intel GMA4500HD graphics, while the latter has a 14-inch LCD display with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD4300 graphics. Both notebooks come jam packed with a CULV CPU (Consumer Ultra Low Voltage) and a LED backlight LCD with a 1366×768 resolution. Available in different CPU flavors with a 1.4GHz Core 2 Solo, a 1.2GHz Celeron 732, a 1.3GHz Core 2 Duo SU7300 and a 1.3GHz Celeron 743, the Joybook S35 and Joybook S43 also feature eSATA, Wi-Fi, an HDMI out, a webcam, Bluetooth, and an optional 500GB HDD. Weighing only about 1Kg, this portable machine sports a 10.1-inch WSVGA LED backlit display with 1024 x 600 resolution, an Intel Atom N270/N280 processor, a 1GB RAM, a 250GB HDD, a 1.3-megapixel webcam, 3G, WiFi, a 4-in-1 card reader, 3x USB ports and Windows XP OS. BenQ comes back with a new 10.1-inch Joybook Lite U101 netbook that comes jam packed with a 1.6-Ghz Intel Atom N270 processor with Intel mobile 945GSE express chipset. The netbook also utilities am Intel GMA950 with DirectX 9.0 capability, a 512MB DDR2 RAM (up to 1GB), and a 80/120/160GB SATA HDD at 5400rpm or 4GB SSD. Other features include three USB 2.0 ports, RJ-45 ethernet port, one D-Sub port, built-in 10/100 LAN Ethernet, Wi-Fi, a 1.3MP webcam, Bluetooth 2.0, 4-in-1 card reader which support MS/MS-Pro/SD/MMC, and Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition OS. BenQ has decided to release its new Joybook Lite U101 netbook in Taiwan and China. The netbook features a 10.1 inch display with LED backlight and a 16:9 aspect ratio, which is good for watching movie.
