Hewlett-Packard has rolled out a new notebook PC in Voodoo line up with the latest Intel Core 2 Extreme processor. The 15.4-inch ENVY M:152 comes equipped with Santa Rosa platform, Core 2 Extreme X7800 processor, up to 4GB RAM, 1680 x 1050 resolution, Nvidia GeForce 8600GT graphics card with 512MB memory, expandable hard drive and dual layer DVD burner. The laptop even features a TV Tuner, 2.0MP webcam, microphone, Bluetooth, fingerprint reader, and a/g/n wireless. The Hewlett-Packard ENVY M:152 is priced at approx. $3300.

Epson’s new Endeavor laptop packs some decent specs, as well as a range of configuration options. The 15.4-inch NJ5100Pro packs a 2.6GHz Core 2 Duo T7800 processor, along with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 or Mobility FireGL V5600 graphics, some Intel Turbo Memory to speed things up, a max 2GB of RAM, and a 250GB hard drive. You can also get your choice of WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200) or WXGA+ (1,440 x 900) displays, and your choice of Windows XP or Vista operating system. The laptop will be available soon in Japan for $1,300 to $2,000.

Mouse Computer Japan (MCJ) comes back with a new laptop which is powered by 2 or 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo processors. Dubbed as the m-Book P550, the notebook PC features a 15.4 inch monitor rocking a 1280×800 WXGA resolution and a GeForce 8600GS. It also adopts 1GB RAM, DVD burner, a/b/g WiFi and 1GB of ReadyBoost. The m-Book P550 retails for between $1,220 to $1,500.

It seems that the new Sony VAIO NR laptops will be arriving soon. The laptops will come in two colors. The lower spec machine (VAIO VGN-NR11SS) comes in a silver finish with Intel Core 2 Duo T5250 Processor (1.5GHz, 2MB Cache, 667MHz FSB), while the higher spec machine (VAIO NR11Z/T) comes in a darker charcoal grey/black finish with Intel Core 2 Duo T7250 Processor (2GHz, 2MB Cache, 800MHz FSB). Both notebooks adopt the standard Intel X3100 graphics, a 200GB hard drives, ExpressCard and memory card slots. NotebookReview speculates that these Sony’s new NR series will be available this fall for at least $899 for the base configuration.

Dospara unveiled its Prime Note Galleria ISM laptop featuring a 17 inches screen (WSXGA+), 2GB RAM, Core 2 Duo T7300, 160GB HDD, A/B/G WiFi, and GeForce 8600 GT with 512MB VRAM. The laptop measures 395mm x 278mm x 35mm and weights 3.8kg. Its price tag is at around $1400.

This 12.1-inch ultra portable laptop is based on Santa Rosa platform and comes with Core 2 Duo T7100 (1.8GHz) or T7300 (2.0GHz) processor, up to 4GB RAM, max 160GB hard drive, dual layer DVD burner, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100, a/b/g wireless, webcam, and Bluetooth. The 2210b comes pre-loaded with Vista or XP Tablet PC Edition 2005.
