A Chinese handset manufacturer Telsda has entered the netbook market by releasing their first 10.1-inch tablet convertible netbook. Weighing at 1.3kg (2.86 lbs.), the netbook is powered by an Intel Atom processor with a 1GB RAM, a 160GB HDD, a built-in 3G, a VGA out, a card reader, and a 1.3MP webcam. Dell has started to ship the Mini Nickelodeon Edition netbook for kids. What makes this netbook interesting is that it can be personalized with characters from TV shows including SpongeBob SquarePants and iCarly. The Mini Nickelodeon netbook also features links to Nickelodeon online games and video content. Inspired by the Dell Mini Inspiron 10v, the netbook features an Atom N270 processor, a 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 LCD screen, a 1GB RAM, a 160GB HDD and a 6-cell battery. Asus has finally posted an official product page on its Chinese portal that unveils the netbook’s specifications. Weighing at 2.4-pounds, the Eee PC 1001HA comes jam packed with a 10.1-inch LCD display, a 160GB hard drive, a 802.11n WiFi, and a 92% full sized keyboard.
