
After being sold in Taiwan earlier this month, the ASUS S121 has finally reached Japan and will go on sale starting May 2nd for ¥89,800 ($923). In case you’ve forgotten, the system offers a 12.1-inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution, a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 CPU, a US15W chipset, a 160GB hard drive, a 1GB of RAM, a 1.3MP camera, Windows XP Home Edition OS, a Multi-card reader, 3x USB, VGA out, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet, audio ports and a 4 cell battery. Asus has announced the availability of its S121 laptop in Taiwan. As we all know the laptop was first introduced back in January at CES. In case you missed it, here’s a brief reminder, the system offers a 12.1-inch WXGA display, a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 CPU, 160GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM, a 1.3MP camera, Windows XP Home Edition OS, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth and a 4 cell battery.
