M&A Technology has recently rolled out the Companion Touch. It is an education-oriented tablet PC based on Intel’s new Convertible Classmate netbook. The tablet PC offers a 8.9-inch touchscreen display that automatically adjust to landscape or portrait mode depending on the orientation of the device. Other specs are include the Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, a 60GB hard drive, 4-cell battery, 802.11 b/g/n wireless LAN and Ethernet LAN, two USB ports, a 2-in-1 media card reader, VGA output, and Windows XP Home operating system. Weighing at 2.8-pound, the Companion Touch also features a 1.3MP webcam, a built-in handle, and a skin that can be customized with school colors and logo. Fujitsu has finally released the Fujitsu ST6012 Tablet PC that comes jam packed with Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Ultra Low Voltage SU9400, Intel Centrino2 with Intel vPro Technology, 12.1 inch WXGA TFT with indoor/outdoor wide view display, 1GB DDR3 800MHz memory, 80GB S-ATA 150, and 5400 rpm hard drive. For the connectivity, the tablet offers an integrated Gigabit Ethernet LAN, an integrated Intel Wi-Fi Link 5300AGN (802.11a/b/g/draft-n), an integrated Bluetooth Wireless, and an integrated Fingerprint Sensor. Gigabyte has released the latest version of Gigabyte M912x TabletPC or also known as the M912x GoldenRod. The specs are a 8.9-inch touchscreen with 1280 x 768 resolution, Intel 945GSE chipset, 1.6 GHz Atom processor, 1 GB od DDR2 RAM, 160 GB of HDD, 4500 mAh Lithium-ion battery. The latest tablet PC from HP has been released. Dubbed as the HP TouchSmart TX2, it is a 12-inch tablet PC that boasts a capacitive touchpanel that can track two points simultaneously and comes with the Mediasmart 2.0 interface customized for the notebook. The HP TX2 uses a 2.1GHz AMD Turion X2 CPU, ATI Radeon HD 3200 for Graphics, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD 5400 RPM, Bluetooth, integrated webcam, 8x DVD burner, VGA out and a digital pen. Here is a new tablet PC from Lenovo. The Thinkpad X200t comes in either 12.2 inch WideView MultiTouch LED Backlight or WideView Superbright LED Backlight or WideView Standard WXGA Panel. You can choose between a 1.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo SU9300, 1.6GHz SL9300 or 1.86GHz SL9400 CPUs. The tablet PC also offers up to 4GB of Memory, a choice of 128GB of SSD or 320GB of 5400rpm HDD or 200GB of 7200rpm HDD. For the connectivity, the X200t supports WiFi, WiMAX (Optional), WWAN (with GPS), Blu-Ray disc Drive, three USB ports and 4 cells or 8 cells battery. NEC has just revealed its latest Tablet PC, The 12PNC-W2/B2 (12″) and 15PNC-W2/B2 (15″). Both will be powered by ATOM CPU Z530 @ 1.6GHz, with optional 512MB or 1GB of RAM, 80GB of HDD, and touchscreen LCD. It will also come with optional Windows XP or Vista Operating System.
