Unitcom To Unleash Limited Edition ‘Nanami’ Laptop In Japan

Unitcom is set to unleash a limited edition ‘Nanami’ laptop for the Japanese market. Coming in two different configurations, the low-end CLI635-NANAMI which features a 15.6-inch 1366 x 768 glossy LCD display, a 1.8GHz Intel Celeron T3000 processor, an Intel GL40 Express Chipset, an Intel GMA 4500M graphics card, a 2GB RAM, a 320GB hard drive, a DVD Super Multi, a card reader, WiFi and runs on Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit OS. Joined by the high-end CLG637H-NANAMI that sports a 15.6-inch 1600 x 900 widescreen LCD display, a 1.60GHz Intel Core i7-720QM processor, an Intel HM55 Express chipset, an ATI Radeon HD 4570 512MB graphics card, a 2GB RAM, a 320GB hard drive, a DVD Super Multi, a card reader, an HDMI output, WiFi and is pre-installed with Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit OS. The CLI635-NANAMI and CLG637H-NANAMI will become available in Japan from mid-May for 77,777 Yen (about $840) and 129,980 Yen (about $1,403) respectively. [Unitcom]
