The WiBrain B1 is an ultra mobile PC that specially designed for the Korean market. The gadget will be available in the United States later this month. The WiBrain B1 is powered by the VIA C7M ULV processor running at 1.2 GHz with the VX700 graphics chip. It is claimed as one of the first devices utilizing a 1024-by-600 pixel 4.8-inch WSVGA touch-screen display. Its battery offers up to three hours of operating time. The WiBrain B1 features a split keyboard, a touch pad, a 802.11b/g wireless module, Bluetooth, pop-up web camera, one USB port, and an integrated stereo speakers system. There will be two WiBrain B1 models for US customers – the $699 B1E with 512MB of system memory and a 30GB hard drive, and the $849 B1H with 1GB of RAM, and a 60GB HDD. This UMPC runs Windows XP Home operating system.
