Sharp and Willcom have recently released the Willcom D4 or WSO16H UMPC. Weighing at only 470grams and measuring 84mm x 188mm x25.9mm, the gadget features with 1Gb of RAM, 40GB of HDD, a Centrino Atom Z520 (1.33GHz), a 5 inch Touch screen (1024×600) LCD with LED Backlight, Wifi B/G and Bluetooth 2.0 EDR.
